I have been thinking today about the year gone by, what with it being New Years Eve and all and I can honestly say this has been the best year of my life. This is mainly down to the fact that I married the love of my life, a man who I had been together with for over 15 years and who completes my life.
Apart from my wedding being the best day of my life by miles, the run up to the big day has also played a huge part in this being such an amazing year. I have enjoyed every last second of the planning, the shopping and the preparation. I had the most amazing hen weekend in Marbella and then a fantastic night out in Manchester plus a few shopping trips to trendy London with my partner in wedding crime, my gorgeous mummy. Then of course after the big day there is the honeymoon followed by receiving your wedding album and videos and the general reminiscing which pretty much lasts all year!
I thought I'd do a quick run down of my year in pics, only for the reason that it was an excuse for me to look through all of this years fabulous images and get lost in the memories!

 |
| ..to top it all I received the best Christmas pressie ever last week when I had 20 week scan and was told we were having a little girl, a baby sister for big brother Joe... not that he's too happy about it though. Girls are boring apparently! |
Finally I have taken great pleasure from working and researching for this blog which only came about from my own wedding planning and along with my ace lady Fran I am really looking forward to the year ahead and our new projects we have planned.
So, to all you brides to be out there, if this is your year then take in every second and enjoy the process before and after and hopefully this too will be the greatest year in your life!
Here's to a year of blogging, babies and of course beautiful chic weddings
