Didsbury House Hotel Wedding

Now although we are a blog for all things wedding related nationally and internationally, we do have a penchant for local weddings as its a great opportunity to show off what great weddings we can pull off 'oop north. In my opinion, we have more limited resources than down South and although we do have some awesome venues, suppliers, photographers etc here, they are just few and far between {but seek and ye shall find!}. So when Ian Bursill sent through this Disbury House Hotel wedding I was keen to blog about it as I love the relaxed style of the venue and the intimacy of the day makes it a truly beautiful wedding. That it is very local to me and also one of the sister hotels to The Great John Street Hotel where i married made it all the more interesting :) The Didsbury House Hotel is set in fashionable Didsbury {where they filmed Cold Feet don't you know?} just 15 mins south of Manchester city centre. It is a beautifully restored Victorian Villa with 27 bedrooms so perfect for taking over for your wedding. I'm super keen for someone I know to marry here so I can attend their big day and enjoy its quaint boutiqueyness {and make full use of the spa obvs!}.
