Autumnal Inspiration
Good morning! Well it seems I might have blinked and missed the summer but have no fear, autumn is a beautiful and bright season, a perfect time for your nuptials I might add! Our very own Fran married at the end of October on a super sunny, crisp and colourful autumn weekend, the leaves a brilliant mix of ochres, reds and burnt oranges and the skies a clear blue.
So today we bring you an inspiration shoot from the US which would be perfect for an autumnul wedding, soft and full of the hues of nature. The shoot was designed and planned by Swann Soirees along with an amazing team and with some quite beautiful styling. Here Nicole George part of the team from Swann Soirees tells us more about the inspiration behind the styling...

"This shoot was inspired by the romantic bohemian bride in all of us!
Styled in the gardens of Stone Brewery in Escondido, while seemingly an unlikely place for a wedding, it is absolutely perfect for a free-spirited atmosphere. The stone pathways, wooden bridges, and a vast variety of foliage are the quintessential examples of rural chic in coastal San Diego.
The simplicity of the outdoors inspired the use of effortlessly pretty & textured flowers; baby’s breath and carnations, enhanced by organic “backyard” elements such as tree branches, succulents, and wooden lanterns. We wanted to bring the romance through the lace, hand died ribbons, and sweet paperie, but we were able to enhance that even more with the metallic finishes on the table decor & porcelain flatware & dessert tray.
The furniture, provided by Stone Brewery, compliments the natural rustic ambiance in an unparalleled way. These appealing combinations provided balanced chemistry for the bohemian essence of a wedding!"

Perfect for that late October wedding, hints of the late summer with the pretty pastels but a nod to the winter with the rustic elements, love this.
