Jenny Packham 2013 Bridal Collection
September is a very special month in wedding land, for me it's one of the best months to get married in as it's considered slightly out of season so suppliers are quietening down, the weather is normally extremely kind {especially if you choose to wed in the week the kids go back to school, guaranteed wall to wall sunshine!} and it gives you huge long haul options for your honeymoon.
It's also a great month for new wedding dress collections hitting the bridal stores ready for the summer brides and I hear on the street that Jenny Packham 2013 should be hitting the shops any day now! Now we saw back in April the first sneak peeks of the collection but now we should start to see these in stores and so if you are just starting your dress hunt then you are about to be spoiled!
As usual, the collection is awe-inspiring and it astounds me how the team there manage to come up with such beautiful gowns year in year out. Again the inspiration comes from a bygone era, this time the 1930's is the vision with the delicate detailing, cap sleeves, lace, embroidery and nipped waists evoking thoughts of Downton I'm sure! Here are a few of my favourites... |
