Ok so I was browsing the wedding blogs on my lunchbreak the other day and I stumbled across the most divine wedding dresses I have seen in ages on one of my favourite blogs 100 layer cake. Chic, pretty and modern they are everything I look for in a dress and I have to say me heart did sink a little when I saw they were by a French Designer Delphine Manivet. Not because I have anything against the French, far from it, but because I thought it would mean they would be out of reach for us Brits and therefore I couldn’t really blog about them as that would be just mean.

Bringing the outdoors in..

Ok so Frannychic and I were having a think about different wedding themes a while back talking about how themes are moving on (thankfully) from simply tying a red organza sash around a chair cover, a bit of red ribbon around your cake and possibly forcing your other half in to wearing a red cravat. We now have so many options available and whereas before a theme meant being dictated by a colour now a beautiful and unique wedding can evolve from the amazing venue, a 50’s style dress, a piece of vintage fabric or even an unusual location. The possibilities are endless and there is nothing more satisfying than seeing a wedding that so much thought has gone in to that it looks so chic and effortless.

I still don’t remember how I stumbled across Papermash but I am heartily glad I did, their products are awesome and I think I want one of everything please. I adore especially the Japanese masking tapes
